I have been working with so many various cleaning companies throughout the years, but the work VIP Cleanings did in one of our apartments was just outstanding. They have managed to arrange an appointment at the very last minute and did an amazing job. The apartment after three year tenancy looked like new as a result. Great, professional and friendly service! I have been using VIP cleanings for several years now and I get regular household cleaning every 2 weeks ( including yearly carpet cleaning). I have a regular cleaner that comes every time but if I need to change the date or time with little notice, they’re always so accommodating with finding someone else to come and always deal with my queries quickly. The standard of service with regard to the cleaning is great, all the cleaners have good knowledge of products and they work efficiently without using excessive products . I’ve now introduced my parents and in laws too and they also get regular bi weekly cleans.
We had some refurbishment done in the house and I decided to get some help with the cleaning as the whole house was covered in dust. When I walked in first, I couldn't quite believe the state of it. The cleaners did a phenomenal job. Every little corner, every cupboard, every nuck and cranny was clean and free of dust afterwards. I don't think our house was ever this clean. They were very efficient, very professional. They worked for hours without even taking a break. The house was sparkling afterwards. They knew exactly what products to use where, and how to make everything shine. I was seriously impressed. The depth of knowledge and ability to think of places to clean was incredible. I know I will be coming for annual deep cleans again and again and again. No doubt about that!
